Tiara (Tia) Monroe Hill is a native of Greensboro, NC. She is a graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Although she had a full scholarship offer and a $30K per year stipend from Georgia Tech to complete her PhD in Engineering, she decided to follow a dream and go to cosmetology school. She received her Cosmetology License from Leon’s Beauty School. She has over 14 years of experience in the hair industry as a loctician and natural hair specialist. She is an entrepreneur and owner of Naturally Beautiful Hair Studio. She is also a proud wife and mother of two beautiful girls.
